Head of Sales (Bag Unit)

Candidate for the leadership role shall have a proven managerial experience in Sales, preferably with about 8 – 10 years’ sales exposure in B2B FMCG sector.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Management and development of sales in Baltic states, Finland, Scandinavia
  • Evaluating market conditions and trends.
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volumes for each region
  • Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Establishing sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Managing sales staff work results by counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Mentoring and coaching sales specialists.
  • Fluency in English language – both spoken and written.
  • Experience in Selling / Purchase of paper bags (shopping bags /take-away bags/ charcoal bags etc.) shall be an added advantage. Knowledge of Finnish language shall be an added advantage.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or business administration
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance

Additional information

Office is in Kehra (Harjumaa), 30 minutes to drive from Tallinn city center. Transportation from/to Tallinn will be taken care by the company.
